Saturday at the Seafood Festival was bursting with energy from start to finish. Chef demonstrations featured The Old Salt, Boston Salads, The Peddler’s Daughter, The Tack Room, and the Airfield Café, while Rico Barr, the Compaq Big Band, and the 39th U.S. Army Band filled the air with music. The boardwalk was alive with shopping, cornhole competitions, and food of every kind. The night ended in spectacular fashion with fireworks over Hampton Beach at 8:30 PM, lighting the sky for thousands of festivalgoers.
